yea, i was talking to my friend from ups, he says there is a guy in wickford that collects cvpi's. i could never find the place to talk to him but maybe its something to do tomorrow, lol.
i talked to chris, hes gonna help me out, bringing the vic in on tues.

p.s., joe... i dunno if i wanna put her on the lift, last time i had to see the un godly sight of my bent exhaust!!! lol, its just too much to bare... lol j/p

oo and i can grab up some engine parts. my friend did an engine swap in his stang, and has a bunch of parts left over for the 4.6, 8 new coils, new alternator, ac compressor, and much more. i can prolly get them dirt cheap. so ill see what he says.

I do goto URI often... I bring my girlfriend a few days a week, she has issues with parking so I just bring her and hang out until she's done. Maybe we can meet up this week, I'll be there tomorrow.

Joe, that'll be perfect. Let me know the location, me and the RI guys will head up and Mike B will meet us there. Does this work for everyone?

James, the guy In Wickford that "collects" CVPI's is the town mechanic. He's not very "people" friendly in appearance or attitude. At present he has a black and white one that I've seen. He lives at the first house on the right when after turning onto West Main Rd (Scenic 1A) from Post Road.

President Obama was to make an appearance in Woonsocket, Rhode Island today. I didnt know until I heard it on the radio 15 minutes before Airforce One was to arrive at T.F. Green Airport in Warwick (Providence). So i'm heading down RT 295 South and I hear how they will probably be blocking off part of 95 for the motorcade. Well that didnt make any sense to me becuase from the airpot there is a direct connector (RT 37 East/West) to and from the airport going to RT 295 North which leads directly to Woonsocket. Sure enough as I'm approaching exit 3 for Route 37 I notice there are NO cars on RT 295 Northbound. So as I get farther down the road there are about 15 Unmarked Black Malibus, Impalas and others all over the place. There were also 2 State Troopers in the middle of the highway blocking traffic and a Johnston Special Response van on the Southbound side of the highway. As I approach Exit 2 there were FBI or Secrect Service every few hundred yards up RT 295 North.

The funny part... Everyone of them waived to me on my way down the road. The doesnt say much for that security detail considering the condition and color scheme of my car.
